Publisher's Synopsis
Eden in the first book of Eden's Sagas has grown in size as its people expanded westward, but there are some who are curious of what happened to the people on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean after civilisation crashed. Its leaders send eleven fighters and sailors in an old fishing ship east to discover if and how they survived.
When they land in Ireland, they discover that the islands are ruled by numerous gangs in a tenuous peace on the verge of collapse. They make a perilous journey by sea to Dublin and find out more information and John, their leader, encourages the two countries on the Irish Island to put aside their differences and form a united country for mutual protection.
John decides to stay to facilitate a process for the three Scottish leaders to choose one leader to unite their country. His sailors sail back home leaving his five fighting friends to stay with him to defend Wales and Cornwall from encroaching English gangs.
While they journey through these lands, John discovers God and Christian faith and struggles to remain true to his promise to stay chaste and return to Maddy, his girlfriend in Eden, until shocking news changes everything.
