Publisher's Synopsis
These lessons and case studies are part of an on-going curriculum and simulations development project between the College of Saint Scholastica's School of Business and Technology (SBT) and Learning-Games.net (learningames.net). In general, these case studies are designed to help students explore the field of e-commerce analytics through case simulations and role-playing scenarios in combination with using a queuing theory model and both continuous, as well as discrete-event simulations focusing on real-life systems and quantitative analytics found in e-commerce business strategies.
Through the lessons and case studies presented in this collection, students will explore e-commerce frameworks and metrics for collecting, measuring, analyzing, visualizing, dashboarding, optimizing, personalizing, and automating web-based sales and customer data by applying modern analytics in e-commerce for new enterprises.
