The book is an attempt to capture the extent of ICT adoption and usage in public higher institutions in Anambra State, Nigeria. Such areas covered in the research includes Public Service delivery, staff management and result management. These are vital areas that if appropriate deployment of ICT is made in these institutions of higher learning, it would help improve the overall functioning of the universities in Anambra state in particular and Nigerian public institutions at large.
