An insect bite has Noela down in the dumps! Reiji makes her some medicine to help her deal with the bite, but when the spirit of the lake Vivi shows up with a swarm of insects, Noela is furious! Will Noela's hatred of bugs end her friendship with Vivi?! Meanwhile, Annabelle's Red Cat Brigade starts getting super into strength training. A member asks Reiji for some medicine to make him look buff-but granting his wish throws Kirio Drugs into a whole new level of fun-filled trouble!
