Publisher's Synopsis
Dinsmore studies the local dump for his school project - he sees it as 'the great merry-go-round of the world'. Teachers and parents of course disapprove, especially as Dinsmore gets dirtier and smellier and resolves never to wash again. Grass seed from the dump attaches itself to him and begins to grow - and need cutting! Dinsmore is expelled from school and so has more time for the dump where his observations help him to uncover the headteacher as the leader of a gang of art theives.
