Doris is a knock-kneed, cross-eyed, drooling giraffe who is friends with everyone she meets, except Billy, the woolly bully bear. Billy makes every effort to find Doris and make fun of her physical appearance. He aggressively intimidates her to do things that she keeps telling him she does not want to do.
