Publisher's Synopsis
Trusting my instincts and knowing my worth made all the difference.
This brief book, and the others in the By Our Own Rules Collection, are full of musings that I've gathered along the way as a woman finally coming into her own, one mess up at a time. My background in psychology has always made me curious about the people around me, but I was neglecting what was going on in my own head. My life was completely uprooted by a divorce that I didn't see coming because of my outdated views on life and myself. That divorce was the best thing that ever happened to me. Dating after divorce was a further enlightening experience, and it gave birth to a new woman-one who wasn't settling anymore. This was really just the beginning of learning what fulfilling relationships are supposed to be like, and how to be happy in my own skin, by my own rules.
