It examines the stages of character development as seen through the eyes of a service person. The book makes arguments in reference to three different types of characters, the submissive, aggressive, and balanced characters, and provides suggestions as to how to transition to a character of quality.
Anyone who has ever been in a service position will be able to identify with the joys and frustrations found in the stories and will have to admit to themselves some hard realities of their own character development.
