Excerpt from Division of Fish and Game: Thirty-Fourth Biennial Report, for the Years 1934-1936
To His Excellency, frank F. Merriam, Governor, State of California, Sacramento. Sir: In compliance with the provisions of section 32 of the Fish and Game Code, we submit herewith the Thirty-fourth Biennial Report of the Fish and Game Commission, covering the period July 1, 1934, to June 30, 1936. The report consists of a summary of the activities of the Fish and Game Commission. A brief summary by the Executive Officer and detailed reports by the chiefs of all bureaus. In addition, there are complete statistical reports covering the receipts and disbursements, as well as statistics on fish and game management. We wish to express our appreciation to the Governor of California and to the heads of all the various state departments with whom we have had the pleasure of working, and to the members of the legisla ture for the splendid sympathetic cooperation which they have given to the administration of fish and game.
