Que assim se pronunciou o anno passado, quando (sem fazer protestos, que segundo os principios jurídicos, se julga não tirarem nem darem direito, e que por tanto são actos ociosos) votou para que se pagasse ao Governo Britannica, mas sómente o que fosse legitimamente devido.
