Pretendo demostrar en el presen3 te discurso: L° Que el Drama anti guo Español es por su origen y por el modo de considerar al hombre, distinto del que imita al Griego (l). 2.° Que esta diferencm los constituye dos géneros diversos entre sí los cuales no admiten del todo iguales reglas, ni formas en su espresion; y que siendo - el Drama Español, mas eminentemente poético que el clasr co debe regularse por reglas y liceu cias mas distantes dela verosimilitud prosaica que aquellas que para el o tro se hallan establecidas.
