Excerpt from Discurso Preliminar Que a Tiempo de Presentar en 24 de Diciembre de 1811: El Proyecto de la Constitucion Politica de la Monarquia Espanola a las Cortes Generales y Extraordinarias
El editor para satisfacer estas justas miras reimprime el referido discurso preliminar, advirtiendo que fué presentado a Cortes en tres trozos a saber: en 17 de agosto último anterior los cuatro títulos primeros: en 7 de octubre si guiente el titulo quinto: y el resto en 24 de diciembre de 1811 que es la fecha que ha creido conveniente conser var, con las ñrmas de los catorce vocales de la comision.
