Ilqui ne conviendra que cet idéal industriel serait des plus désirables. Mais lorsqu'un pays a décidé de cultiver chez lui tous les arts, toutes les sciences, et de se suffire à lui-mème, ce pays réussira certainement opprimer les industries des autres pays, qui, ne pouvant entrer chez lui, admettent toutefois librement le surplus des pro duits de ce pays où règne la protection et dont la fabrica tion a été artificiellement stimulée.
