Dinah DeVille 1. An internationally renowned pin-up/fetish/alt model and burlesque performer; known for devising and creating her own props, sets, costumes and choreography. 2. A devilish man-eater; known to devour the heart first, and even finish off the bones Born and raised in Masshole, Dinah is a Boston based artist/model/performer. She has been lucky enough to travel from coast to coast and beyond to perform with, model for and create alongside dozens of other incredible artists. As far as artistic background, Dinah earned a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design where she focused heavily on costume and set design, and also worked in large metal fabrication welding, blacksmithing and machining. Dinah's dance background is deeply rooted in classical ballet, which she has practiced and performed for over twenty years, both professionally and for personal enjoyment. As body modifications and tattooing grew in importance to her, she began slowly transitioning from ballet to burlesque, where her training and aesthetics make pure magic in the spotlight. Aside from her fabulous life in lights, Dinah delights in scuba diving, collecting religious iconography and vintage everything, designing tattoos, acquiring dead things (bones, skins, including human), frequenting car and bike shows and dancing and raging at various musical events. From her work in a various mediums including acrylic, steel, dance, hair styling and costuming, to her appearances in countless print publications and performance venues, Dinah is a force to be reckoned with. Her style, skill sets and attitude are sure to continue to take the world by storm so stay tuned for lots more of Miss DeVille. Dear Reader, I am Dinah, as defined above.
