Es ist schwer, hier das richtige Mass einzuhalten. In nachstehender Arbeit habe ich mich bemüht, die erforderliche Kritik anzulegen; aber ich musste doch Verschiedenes aufnehmen, bei dem der ätiologische Zusammen hang mir mehr als zweifelhaft erschien, da ich es im Interesse weiterer Forschung nicht ganz unterdr'ücken mochte.
