In order to work efficiently, people need to understand one another and consequently need to know the technical terms and expressions pertaining to the profession.;This dictionary includes 4,387 English technical key-words and expressions dealing with the road transport of goods and passengers with equivalents in French, German and Spanish. The terms are followed by indexes in these languages, making it a fully contained, alphabetically classified multi-lingual dictionary. Commonly used abbreviations are listed separately.;The dictionary is divided into two sections. The first section, the "Basic Table", lists the English entries in alphabetical order. Each entry is followed by its equivalents in French, German and Spanish. These equivalents are listed alphabetically in three separate indexes, which together form the second section of the dictionary.
