Dr. Thompson is the author of Identifying and Developing Leaders: A Biblical, Historical, and Theological Perspective. He has earned degrees at Charleston Southern University, Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (now Palmer Theological Seminary), and United Theological Seminary. Dr. Thompson and his lovely wife Roseclair, and two sons, Rasheed and Cedric, reside in Westampton, New Jersey.
