Two detectives Smyth and Roberts have been entrusted to capture the elusive killer. Veterans of the Zulu war they now find themselves in a new fight one they are unsure they can win... And with the safety of the growing populace and the influx of Irish immigrant's, time is not on their side as the natives are becoming increasingly restless and looking for someone to blame. To make matters worse, inhumane looking prankster that started his reign of terror in London has now come to the city, preying on the women of Liverpool with terrifying brutal consequences.
