Publisher's Synopsis
This is a report of a project initially aimed to produce a tool for Health and Safety Executive Field Inspectors to use offshore to consider those factors likely to increase the incidence of slip, trip and fall (STF) incidents. The focus of the project changed throughout the life of the project as feedback from various trial stages was obtained. The final tool was developed to be capable of being easily applied by the workforce and supervision. It was also developed to be action orientated.
