It is the belief of this Committee that religious education and training are the exclusive responsibility of home, church and synagogue. At the same time it should be clear that an aid to the teaching of moral and spiritual values would be imade quate and incomplete unless it gave due emphasis to the role of religious ideals in in?uencing moral concepts and behavior. The major emphasis of this Guide is upon methods by which moral and Spiritual ideals may be inculcated through various subjects in the curriculum. It Should be emphasized that these are just some of the means and resources available to the teacher.
It is the hope of the Committee that these means will become fruitful and effective.
