Glen Ellyn is about twenty-five miles west of Chicago on the'chicago and Northwestern Ry.and the aurors, elgin and Chicago Ry. It is a residence city having a population, at the present time, of approximate ly two thousand. Being a progressive town, its resident realized the necessity of installing a sewer system. The Aetna Engineering Bureau of Chicago was retained to draw up the plans and specifications.
