Returning from holiday, Katie Mead discovers her business partner, Jack, has apparently vanished into thin air and a mysterious stranger, Lyall Travis, is lodging with her Aunt Alice Despite reservations, Katie accepts Lyall's offer of help with her forthcoming jewellery exhibition.
