The first part of the pamphlet is a summary listing of tax provi sions scheduled to expire in 1990. The second part is a description of the expiring provisions: (a) expiring income tax provisions; (b) expiring excise tax provisions; and (c) other expiring provisions. The Appendix presents the estimated revenue effects for fiscal years 1991-1995 Of permanently extending the expiring provisions.
