The fiscal year 1986 budget reconciliation provisions other than those reported in hr. 3128 and hr. 2100 (farm provisions) were consolidated by the House Committee on the Budget and reported in hr. 3500 on October 3, hr. 3500 was passed by the House on October 24, 1985 (228 and included Education and Labor Committee provisions relating to single-employer pension plans and single-employer pension plan termination insurance.
