Publisher's Synopsis
The book brings together five previously unpublished essays in which Franz von Kutschera presents central ideas of his philosophy with a view to the entire spectrum of philosophical disciplines. Here, the philosophy of mind plays a key role within a philosophy in the narrower sense, which keeps within the limits of our normal, intentional thinking. The essays collected here also direct their gaze to a philosophy in the broader sense that attempts to go beyond the limits of intentional thinking. In doing so, the author addresses non-objective forms of consciousness, the intentions of his work and the reasons for the current crisis of Christian faith.
