Denys Lasdun is one of the most internationally important architects of his generation. In the 1930s he worked together with Wells and was a member of the architectural group Tecton which was founded by B. Lubetkin.;Lasdun's work undoubtedly constitutes one of the most significant discoveries which can still be made on the architectural map of this century.
