Publisher's Synopsis
Step into the world of me. Have you ever been trapped inside your own thoughts, stuck in between the feelings you have and the emotions you can't deny? The hardest part is listening to yourself . The most difficult part of dealing with ones self is understanding how to deal with even at those times you feel you cannot. Most people think they "know themselves" until what you think becomes what you feel. "Dear Self" is my way to understand my own thoughts and allow myself to try and help others with the "stuff" they cannot manage to deal with alone. We all have "stuff" to deal with and I'm hoping that my stuff allows my readers to become a little more aware that they aren't alone and we can get through this together. I would like to invite you into my mental space, Dear Self.
