King David Sinned because he was disobedient. Also, he wasn't where he should have been with the other Kings at war, which takes place in the spring of every year. He didn't follow God's command or flee from temptation. Instead, he sent a message which came back Bathsheba is Eliam's daughter and Uriah's wife. David ignored the fact she was married. He sent for her and committed adultery, which led to premeditated murder. Uriah was killed alongside some of David's soldiers. Innocent people lost their lives. Sin has no conscience-neither did Joab and David. They used war as their excuse for killing Uriah. Bathsheba lost her baby due to adultery. The baby was harmless. The Lord give them Grace and Mercy, which led both from the Sin Cage to Freedom. What have you in your Sin Cage?
