Scientist, David Billings', life changed in an instant, as his car careened off the expressway and into a Chicago ditch. That is the question to which FBI agent, Nick Billings, must find the answer. Before he can find the answer, bodies start showing up with their throat's cut, and Nick fears the murders somehow are connected to his brother. In the aftermath of September 11th the last thing Nick Billings expected was that he would be called home from his duties in homeland security, to save his brother's life.
