Non - Player Characters (NPCs) are assigned roles in the lives of Starseeds. The handlers who carry out key missions become the chief handlers. They are responsible for carrying out covert tasks that impede Starseeds from achieving their destiny and realizing who they are. The chief handlers are usually people whom Starseeds would never suspect to be malicious in their lives. It is only when one wakes up that they begin to discover what has been subconsciously happening to them.
Cutting off the codes of the NPCs' chief handlers literally allows Starseeds to be free from the Matrix. They began to realise who they are and regain the divinity they had when they entered the Matrix.
