This master's thesis was developed in the Postgraduate Course in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). Due to the volume of information and with the help of the other authors, it was transformed into this work, which provides technical, technological and economic viability information on the cut gerbera crop grown under different water availability. The experiment was carried out at the Polytechnic College of the Federal University of Santa Maria - RS.
