The third novel in the saga of Space exploration is a mix of triumph, disaster and surprise. The Space Shuttle Challenger blows up killing all the astronauts. The action shuttles back and forth between Wales, Cape Canaveral, The Caucusus, Castel Gandolfo, the Arabian mountains, Baltimore, the Canary islands, India, Australia, Paris.....
