Many of us cook meals that are not satisfying and do not bring us the results we desire. The same holds true for cooking "life meals" for our children. This book takes the Biblical story of Jephthah from the book of Judges and makes comparisons to cooking. Are we a good chef or do we cook badly when it comes to our children's welfare? Jephthah cooked a bad life meal for his daughter, yet his daughter turns it into a good life meal. Each chapter will challenge the reader to cook good "life meals" for their children by basing their recipe on Biblical principles.
