Now in its sixth year, this loose-leaf publication issued 10 times a year provides an up-to-date digest of legal cases of interest to the construction industry (in particular, decisions of the Official Referee's Court) together with details of new statutes and contracts. Each issue includes, in addition to the 32-page digest, an eight-page commentary on recent developments and a detailed index of contents and cases. Increasingly, as building structures have become more complicated, work is placed with sub-contractors who design, manufacture and install specialist units, or with suppliers who design and manufacture units. This has proved to be the Achilles heel of the construction industry.
