The Chairman shall present a report in writing at the Triennial of such amendments as have been recommended by her Committee but any Dele gate may present to the Triennial any amend ment which has previously been sent to the Sec tions by the Revision Committee.
Other Committees may be appointed by the President as occasion demands.
