Primary care and public health training networks would inte grate primary care training in family practice, general internal medicine, general pediatrics, and physician assistants, while in creasing the linkage between primary care and public health train ing. Increasingly, I think we are going to see the need for public health practitioners and primary care physicians trained together, because we will have common goals with capitated health plans and public health to achieve health objectives for the population. So that kind of training is going to be increasingly important.
