Technology capable of telling us impossible calculations in a matter of seconds and planes travelling several times the speed of sound. This was not always the case. Not that long ago many did not believe the poles existed. That the iced formed was just imagination. We know today that the poles are very important to us. They are important to our sustainability as human beings. If the water lever grew because of the melting of this ice, many of our top economies in the world would collapse and many would perish underwater. Here history is revisited on the men who made possible polar exploration. Their adventure which is also our adventure. A story worth telling and a story definetely worth knowing.
