There is so much pressure to perform and be perfect in parenting. Bring in homeschooling and the stress only increases. Am I teaching all the right things? Will my kids fall behind? My degree has not been all that helpful in my homeschooling journey. For my teaching and supporting homeschool families, yes, it beneficial. Honestly, I don't think anything can prepare a mom for the rigors of home education. We just gotta jump in with both feet...and swim. Things that have either been forgotten or completely overlooked. I have been in the trenches. I've experienced frustration and disappointment in my homeschool voyage.
