In a letter to Nature e.d.h. Tellegen (1933) reported that the transmissions of the Swiss radio station at Beromunster (650 kc/s) received in Holland appeared to be modulated in the ionosphere by the radiation from the newly erected powerful station at Luxembourg (200 kw, kc/s).
