Publisher's Synopsis
Computers now play an important role in the design, analysis and control of fluid power systems. This volume, which reports on current research and development, is the result of an international workshop on computer applications in the field of fluid power engineering. The broad coverage should appeal equally to manufacturers and users of fluid power components and systems, as well as researchers. Chapters are concerned with the digital control of pumps and servo systems, the use of computers for wear debris analysis and in pressure pulsation reduction, performance simulation, parallel processing, expert systems for circuit design and noise diagnosis, and computer-aided engineering.
