The future of student afffairs in the community college depends on practitioners′ ability to provide programs and services that really matter to the institution′s bottom line: student learning and student success. This volume uses the results of a national survey of community college leaders to identify the major challenges and opportunities facing student affairs practitioners in the community college and to describe the most effective strategies for meeting these challenges.
