Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Commentary on Newton's Principia, Vol. 1 of 2: With a Supplementary Volume, Designed for Volume Use of Students at the Universities

It is at least, however, a pleasing confirmation Of the justness of our own Conceptions, to have encountered even at any time with these after suggestions. The plan of the work is, nevertheless, in several respects, a deviation from that here so forcibly recommended.
