Now there was a little thing came to my mind it is curious how a real ?ashy, brilliant orator sometimes puts his foot in it. There was just a little jealousy in Mulligan's talk about Indiana. The Governor of Kentucky was a resident of the State of Indiana from 1857 to 1878, but I never let' it out before. It was a mean, unneighborly thing for Mulligan to say he was not going to Qpeak, and then talk for a half hour and shut the rest of us out.
