CODE R.E.D.: Journal to Your Enlightenment is a working journal that was made in conjunction with the CODE R.E.D.: Activate Your Purpose book. The goal of this journal is to take you down the path of enlightenment to assist you with gaining more insight into your authentic self and how to activate your purpose. Each exercise requires you to be open, honest, and vulnerable with yourself. Self-reflection is never easy, but it helps to have a guide to assist you through the process of self-discovery. While the first part of this journal consists of insightful exercises, the latter half provides you with room to journal about your experience towards finding your authentic self and activating your purpose.
