Publisher's Synopsis
This publication highlights key issues of relevance for climate change and poverty reduction and provides recommendations for Commonwealth Finance Ministers and Commonwealth Heads of Government. The ideas presented here come from civil society organisations, and form a background paper to a pan-Commonwealth civil society consultation process in Georgetown, Guyana, held before the 2007 Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting. The concluding statement of the civil society consultation is also presented.
