Publisher's Synopsis
A punk rock odyssey of bad decisions, spiritual garbage fires, and one legendary raccoon.
Micah Dorsey is emotionally wrecked and creatively adrift-an ex-guitarist with a haunted vest and a couch-shaped dent. He saw Churro once, a raccoon with a churro in paw and a scarred ear, who looked at him like he wasn't completely broken. That moment stuck.
Now, his chaos-fueled best friend Trev believes Churro is the key to resurrecting the punk spirit they've both lost. What begins as a half-baked animal hunt becomes a full-blown mission through burnt-out warehouses, vinegar-stained ruins, and a gas station that gifted them a mystic totem in capsule form.
Joined by Jojo the kombucha anarchist, Iver the cryptic fixer, and Brendan the smug tech bro with questionable hygiene, the crew dives headfirst into a zine-flavored spiral of old wounds and small salvations.
Churro or Bust is a story about found family, post-band burnout, and the dumb beautiful things we do to feel like we still matter.
