This video enables even teachers with a limited background in PE to teach and motivate students to become more physically active. The package includes five 20 minute videos that cover the major components of fitness - introduction to physical activity, cardiovascular fitness, muscle fitness, flexibility and body composition.;The series provides specific tools that teenagers can use to assess their personal fitness and develop realistic individual fitness and activity goals. It also helps students to think critically about health related fitness and become responsible for their own activity, fitness and health. The videos enable students to participate in human kinetics "Fitnessgram" and "Fit Smart" programmes.
