Publisher's Synopsis

for SATB and organ Christmas Child is a macaronic carol that encourages us to 'sing, rejoice at our Saviour's coming'. This lyrical retelling of the Christmas story was commissioned by the Yale Institute of Sacred Music to honour David Hill, Past Professor Adjunct of Choral Conducting and Principal Conductor Emeritus of Yale Schola Cantorum. An orchestral accompaniment is available on hire/rental.
