Christine and her family left BC in 1978 for Calgary and quickly made a life for themselves in the building and food industry, Over the years Christine had developed an art that she called Paintsculpture. Christine recorded a legacy of Calgary's historic sandstone buildings. Her 'Sandstone City' collection of 18 paintings incorporate actual sandstone from one of the buildings.
