HeartBeat begins as the pair arrives at Catching Words to continue Chris's recovery. It follows the next two months of their lives together as, upon their return, they immediately begin work to get Lyric's record company up and rolling. They take the industry by storm with Chris's bold new ideas, and end up on a series of magazine covers in the process. As their world expands, many new people come into their life. Chris's assistants, her new one, and her old one, who's having some problems, become a part of the story. A great cast of characters are introduced as you meet the artists and staff of FRC.As Lyric takes the helm, she begins working, in secret, to release her new music, and to launch their other foundation, while planning a surprise mini-concert.
